ABOUT THE ARTIST TATE FOLLETT
I grew up in Walden, Colorado. I have always been passionate about hunting, animals, and the outdoors so pursuing a career in Taxidermy was a natural direction for me to take. I enjoy taking the time to make my animal mounts look as life-like as possible. My attention to detail and realistic techniques make these trophies look like they are in their natural habitat.
My taxidermy shop is located in Laramie, Wyoming. I still have close relationships with businesses in Walden, Colorado, so I frequently travel back and forth to practice this trade.
My taxidermy services include mounting big and small game, including elk, deer, antelope, moose, bears, cats, etc.
Give me a call to discuss the details of mounting your hunting trophy!
"I harvested a trophy antelope in October 2015. I took it to Tate and he turned my antelope into a beautiful mount. Great turnaround time and great quality of workmanship!!! Would recommend him to anyone!" --Keenan Snyder
"Tate did an outstanding job on my elk! I have had work done with other taxidermists in the past and nothing compares to the work Tate does. His attention to detail is fantastic and the turnaround time can't be beat. I highly recommend him for all of your taxidermy needs!" --Chris Sykes
"I was fortunate enough to have Tate do both my Canadian and Colorado moose. He did an amazing job on both. His attention to EVERY detail is second to none. We have a lot of visitors, and they immediately comment on how amazing these animals look. I can highly recommend Tate and look forward to taking my next animal to him!" -- Marcy Gruber
"I can say that I get the best of both worlds when it comes to the timeliness and excellent quality of work that Tate has accomplished with the mounts he has done for me. Before I gave my first mount to Tate, I used to say that I would wait a couple of years to get my mounts back if the quality is there.
With Tate I have gotten better quality than I have received in the past along with quick turnaround. With that said, I have been fortunate enough to send Tate animals from the far reaches of the NW Territory’s, Alaska, and the lower 48.” -- Todd Peterson
